About Organic Fish (Australia) Pty Ltd
 
 

Our company's combined experience in research, fisheries, environmental planning and aquaculture has provided us with a strong basis for establishing sustainable organic fish farming.

The principals of Organic Fish (Australia) Pty Ltd, Tim Jones and Anne Montgomery, started their working lives as marine biologists. Tim has a Science Degree (Honours), a Batchelor of Legal Studies (Honours) and a Diploma of Education. He has worked in fisheries and aquaculture over the last 17 years and, more recently, as a lawyer. Anne has a Science Degree (Honours), majoring in biology and ecology, and a Graduate Diploma in Environmental Studies. Over the last 15 years, Anne has worked in ecological research and environmental planning.

Soulfish silver perch is farmed in idyllic subtropical conditions on our property on the Orara River on the NSW North Coast.
